Chocolate columns

Here are my chocolate columns made simply by melting and tempering chocolate spread out on to sheets of catering plastic cut into a strip and then rolled whilst the chocolate cools to solidify into a chocolate columns. Here I've filled them with offcuts of brownie mixed into chantilly and topped with cut fresh strawberries.
