brown white 450 wholemeal flour 900 g white flour 450 white flour V 25 g caster sugar
30 fresh yeast
250 starter 500 ml water 20 g salt halfway through mixing roll into rolls 45 g bake 210 c with splash water for 4 mins, or on steam setting rational 180 c 10 mins
