Winter treats continued

The winter treats continued... paned black pudding, chestnut puree, bacon and cranberry savoury gobstoppers. Finely chop rashers of bacon and cook with a little onion and herbs. Allow to cool. Once cool mix with flaked up black pudding and chestnut puree. Season. Mould the mix into bitesize balls. Cool in the fridge to allow the mixture to firm up. Once firm, roll in seasoned flour, before washing in beaten egg and rolled in breadcrumbs.
